Disciplined thought - Breakthrough results come about by a series of good decisions, diligently executed and accumulated one on top of the other.

Disciplined Actions - Freedom and responsibility within the framework of a highly developed system...manage the system, not the people

Stage One - Culture Charter

  1. Development of a Cultural Charter aligned to the companies values

  2. Stakeholder engagement – surveys to understand the team’s current pain points and the key successes.

Stage Two - Setting the ground work – ‘getting the basics right’ training & quick win processes

  1. Plotting out the team ‘s personality profiles. This workshop provides you with a personal behavioural profile that will give you the tools to understand your colleagues and clients and subsequently allow you to communicate and work with them more effectively.

  2. Optimisation of workstream processes to drive efficiencies

  3. A series of Lunch & Learn’s:

Stage three – behavioural change and shaping a high performing team

  1. Up-skilling the team within their subject matter expertise

  3. Implement bespoke Lean & Agile tools and methodologies that fit within the business model, culture and ways of working
